User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate

Projects and Ideas

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of ideas and projects you post. By posting content, you grant Embro a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform.

Claim System

When a developer claims your idea:

• The developer commits to completing the first release
• Upon completion, ownership transfers to the developer or team
• If you delete your account, Embro assumes temporary ownership until a developer claims the project
• Funded projects cannot be deleted to protect contributors' investments

Funding and Payments

Regarding financial transactions:

• All contributions are processed through secure third-party payment providers
• Funds are held in escrow until project completion
• Platform fees are clearly disclosed before transactions
• Developers receive funds upon successful project completion and approval

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post malicious, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Claim projects you cannot complete
• Manipulate voting or funding systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape or automatically collect data from our platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

Developer Responsibilities

If you claim and develop projects, you agree to:

• Complete claimed projects within reasonable timeframes
• Provide regular progress updates (at least every 30 days)
• Deliver quality work that meets the project specifications
• Respect intellectual property rights of games and assets
• Communicate professionally with the community

Intellectual Property

The Embro platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

User-generated content remains the property of its creators, subject to the licenses granted to us as described above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Embro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of mods created through our platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Embro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
